We couldn't confirm the Pesado Puck Diffuser Screen fits the De'Longhi Magnifica Plus: we don't know the portafilter size of the De'Longhi Magnifica Plus (the puck screen is made for 58mm). The puck screen must match the portafilter size exactly, so check both before buying.
